Here are steps to using the BOD (Bulk Order Discount) platform:
First steps:
- Apply for an Account
- Receive an email that the Doc Scientia Admin has accepted your account.
- Login to the BOD Dashboard
- Start your BOD experience!
Verified User - Start creating quotes
Next steps:
- From the BOD dashboard, you can start creating your own quotes from “My Dashboard” or “My Quotes”.
- Next you click on “Add products to quote” or “Create new quote“
- This will take you to a page with the full catalog of products that you can add to your quote, by opeing the the dropdown of grouped product, choosing a quantity and clicking on Add next to the desired product.
- This will temporarily open the cart, which your products are displayed. It will close again after a few seconds for you to add more products.
- After all your desired products has been added, you can click on the quote icon in the top right corner to open your cart again.
- If you are sure all the products have been added, you can click on view cart.
- In your cart, you can still make changes to quantities of the products, update the cart, choose shipping and click on “Create Quote”.

Next steps:
- These are only quotes and not placed orders.
- You can create as many quotes as you would like, it will not be charged.
- To place an order, click on “Place order” next to your desired quote.
- Or click on view to see/download the full quote.
Order Placed
Next steps (After order placed):
- ✅ Complete your payment — pay the full amount due
- 📎 Upload your Proof of Payment (POP) — attach your payment confirmation
- 📦 Your order gets processed — we’ll arrange shipping via your chosen method
- 📧 Check your email — your shipping details will be sent to you once dispatched
